Responsibilities

Support the Compensation and HR Shared Services team in new and ongoing projects that relate to HR’s strategic goals and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. Potential assignments may include:
Assistance with global, national or regional compensation market surveys
Analyzing results of compensation surveys
Ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Create and present materials on data projects to management and business partners
Review audit reports and assist with compliance audits
Learn how to automate manual processes using Microsoft Office, Tableau or other automation methods
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Progress
