Responsibilities

Participate in job and department duties and processes as assigned
Assist in Diversity & Inclusion efforts
Create and build new employee files and records in SAP
Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating background checks
Contribute to the IT Internship program by facilitating networking events and peer mentorship program
Support new employee orientation and onboarding
Boost and plan employee engagement events
Provide feedback and suggestions as appropriate
Manage/participate in special projects as assigned
Create dynamic communication campaigns

Required

Must have ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities or deadlines

Experience using marketing tools such as Canva or other related platforms
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business or related 4-year program with a Junior or Senior standing
