Systems Architect & Integration Lead
Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe. The Systems Architect & Integration Lead will serve as the overall contractor lead for cross-project integration and user CONOPS development, ensuring cohesive implementation of analysis technology priorities.

Responsibilities
Lead development and updates for user CONOPS and Integrated Capabilities Baseline Document (ICBD)
Ensure cross-project compatibility of user visions and address dependencies
Evaluate and prioritize new capability insertions, providing data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with CIO-T engineers to assess impacts and tradeoffs of capability changes
Engage with mission users to define future capabilities and shape system architectures
Conduct analyses of alternatives (AoAs) and provide strategic recommendations
Identify key decision points and advise on Go/No-Go determinations
Communicate architecture changes, operational concepts, and project status to stakeholders
Produce technical presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership and diverse audiences
Support product managers in backlog prioritization and train new analysts
Strong leadership in system architecture, integration, and cross-functional coordination
Expertise in technical communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to assess new technologies and drive mission-focused innovation
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or related technical experience. Equivalent experience (18+ years) may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience: 18+ years in systems engineering, integration, or development
Expertise in: DoD/IC acquisition processes
Expertise in: SAFe Agile acquisition product ownership
Expertise in: Merging disparate architectures
Expertise in: CONOPS development and technical documentation for non-technical audiences
Expertise in: Defining future work based on incomplete requirements
Expertise in: Conducting imagery and/or geospatial analysis
Security Clearance: TS/SCI adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph
Preferred
Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or related field
Experience: 4+ years in GEOINT analytic tradecraft and analysis production system development
Experience: 2+ years in government acquisition processes
Experience: 1+ year in agile systems development
Prior experience with NGA Analysis or similar analysis organizations
