Responsibilities

Design and build scalable, high-performance web and mobile interfaces with modern frameworks
Serve as the go-to authority for UI architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Partner with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive, impactful interfaces
Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices
Guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
Stay ahead of emerging UI/UX trends, integrating next-gen capabilities into our applications
Ensure UI components are fast and responsive across devices and browsers
Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and developer tools to enhance productivity and reliability

Required

10+ years of professional front-end/UI development experience, with a focus on large-scale, enterprise-level applications
Proven track record of delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance interfaces
Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and advanced JavaScript (ES6+)
Strong HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and state management (Redux, MobX, Context API) skills
Experience integrating with backend services (REST APIs, GraphQL) and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and micro-frontend architectures
Hands-on experience with developer tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier) and version control (Git)
Expertise in unit and integration testing using frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
Familiarity with DevOps practices for UI deployment and monitoring
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and drive technical decision-making
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to complex technical challenges
Excellent communication skills, adept at working with geographically distributed teams
Experience delivering in fast-paced, iterative development cycles

Preferred

Experience in healthcare applications or regulated environments
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
