Responsibilities
Plan and organize larger scope projects from their start to completion, including creating maintaining any required Project Execution documents
Responsible for coordinating/leading meetings, updating the project’s progress using various mediums (email, Slack, Asana, Teams, etc.), and prioritizing work based on the customer’s needs
Help develop rollout materials and design presentations for update meetings/trainings with the Supply Chain Team and customers
Communicate any issues, roadblocks, or scope creep to necessary parties
Understand project’s timeline, resources, and scope from the project’s kick-off
Responsible for managing tasks and communicating effectively to all members of the project until it reaches the support phase
Retrieve data from a variety of sources to identify outcomes and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Operations (Required)
5+ years Project Management (Required)
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Possesses the ability to quickly learn and understand the fundamentals of In-N-Out's Supply Chain infrastructure applications
