Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and order fulfillment activities
Manage and direct warehouse staff and temp employees, consolidating their reports and ensuring performance aligns with operational goals
Supervise inbound and outbound workflows such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
Ensure accurate and timely order processing with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer requirements
Monitor and control inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations
Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance, safety, and productivity standards
Collect and consolidate daily operational reports from staff and provide comprehensive performance updates to the team manager
Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve operational issues and maintain strong service levels
Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, improve order accuracy, and reduce costs
Uphold all safety and compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with proven leadership responsibilities
Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and last-mile delivery operations
Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee warehouse teams, including staff supervision, reporting, and performance management
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control practices
Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to generate detailed reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in Korean and English is required
