Senior Corporate Recruiter

The Senior Corporate Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and developing sourcing strategies for executive-level recruitments.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level roles from job posting through offer acceptance
Partner with department leaders to understand business needs and define effective hiring strategies
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to aid in developing creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates
Drive and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Meet and achieve superior results around recruitment KPIs including time to fill, offer acceptance rate, hiring manager satisfaction and compliance audits
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required using available tools such as the ATS
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations and internal policies
Provide back-up support to the Director of Talent Acquisition and operate as a strong team member within the TA Service Delivery Team
Mentor and provide guidance to more junior recruiters

Required

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
5+ years of professional level recruiting experience for mid-senior management and executive Corporate positions
Proven track record of successful full life cycle recruitment process and delivery for senior level roles
Ability to drive process and build strong working relationships with hiring management and HR Business Partners
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Experience delivering Talent Acquisition KPIs such as Time to Fill, Cost Per Hire, Agency Utilization, etc
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as business needs require

Preferred

Masters Degree
7-10 years of relevant experience
