Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with team leaders, brokerage owners, MLS executives, and Realtor Association decision-makers
Conduct research, make high-quality outreach, and maintain follow-up discipline: roughly 20% research, 20% outreach, 60% follow-up
Manage consistent outbound outreach: events, social, calls, emails, etc. with a focus on quality, not just volume
Attend real estate conferences and industry events to represent Jointly, generate leads, build awareness, and grow customer base
Become an expert in Jointly’s platform and understand customer goals, current industry pain points, and workflows
Coordinate demos and conversations between prospects and our leadership team, ensuring a smooth hand-off and continuous follow-through
Manage and grow Jointly’s presence on social platforms where our target audience is active (LinkedIn, Meta, industry groups, etc.)
Support the development and execution of our content strategy including: customer stories, product highlights, thought leadership, and industry updates
Maintain accurate data in CRM systems, track engagement metrics, and report insights to leadership
Continuously learn about evolving real estate workflows, compliance standards, and forms. Effectively articulate how Jointly makes them simpler

Strong organizational habits and attention to detail, with experience maintaining CRM systems and reporting key activity metrics

Preferred

Experience in real estate, SaaS, or partnerships, ideally within a start-up or fast-growing environment, is strongly preferred
