Responsibilities

Develop proposals and quotations for complex service projects and customer requirements
Coordinate input from internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Implementation
Ensure timely delivery of accurate and competitive bids and proposals
Assist with market research, sales forecasting, and opportunity tracking
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines
Support process improvement initiatives to streamline commercial operations
Prepare and maintain proposal templates, tools, and documentation
Assist with customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-up
Support compliance with internal approval processes such as GOA approvals
Contribute to achieving departmental goals and metrics
Perform other related duties as assigned
Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
Report unsafe activities to Management or Human Resources
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve company goals
Contribute to building a positive and collaborative team spirit
Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and customers
Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times
Protect confidential company information and intellectual property

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting commercial or sales operations, preferably in the energy, power generation, or manufacturing industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
