Responsibilities
Perform maintenance tasks that include, but are not limited to; general maintenance, carpentry, drywall, masonry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, window, door and lock repairs, painting, cleaning, snow removal, landscaping, picking up and delivering supplies
Be part of a weekly "on-call" rotation to deal with emergencies on evenings and weekends
Report to the Director of Maintenance on a daily basis
Qualification
Required
Proficient in general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, management, and contractors
Ability to diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions efficiently
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and performing tasks that require physical exertion
A valid driver's license
Your own set of tools (all basics for today's work, nothing extravagant required)
Smartphone
Available to work 40+ hours a week including nights and weekends when required
Preferred
Property maintenance: 3+ years
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous employment references
