Bookkeeping for our small business clients
Accounting CS and QuickBooks expertise is a plus
Ability to work with Excel and Word proficiently
Payroll and sales tax
Deliver quality and courteous service to clients
Delivering quality internal service to Partners and staff; provide general administrative duties and work on projects as needed
The position is full time and must be able to work additional hours during tax season
Qualification
Required
Experience with an accounting firm or similar professional environment preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment
Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred
Accounting CS and QuickBooks expertise is a plus
Associate's Degree in Administrative Support/Business Management, Accounting or similar is a plus
