Responsibilities
Drive the development and execution of next-generation medication management solutions from concept to release and adoption
Work closely with engineering, clinical informatics, and UX teams, as well as pharmacy and nursing stakeholders, to define requirements, guide product strategy, and ensure the delivery of intelligent, safe, and scalable products that improve patient outcomes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional experience in product management or clinical informatics
3+ years of experience developing products or workflows in pharmacy, medication management, or related healthcare domains
Familiarity with medication order entry, verification, dispensing, and administration processes in both acute and ambulatory care settings
Experience working with or within EHR systems (ex. Oracle Cerner Millennium, Epic, or Meditech)
Understanding of pharmacy management systems, clinical decision support, and medication safety best practices
Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML-enabled decision support, and healthcare interoperability standards (ex. NCPDP, HL7, FHIR)
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to medication management and healthcare IT
Preferred
Licensed pharmacist, nurse, or clinician with product management or informatics experience
Experience with AI/ML-driven healthcare products or automation in pharmacy workflows
Demonstrated success developing or enhancing large-scale healthcare platforms in regulated environments both in the US and globally
Bachelor's degree in informatics, computer science, engineering, or a related healthcare discipline
