Froedtert Health is a regional health network that includes hospitals and clinics in eastern Wisconsin. They are seeking a Switchboard Operator to operate the hospital switchboard, relay calls, monitor alarms, and manage the paging system.

Responsibilities

Operates hospital switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing calls
Operates page system, monitors hospital alarms, and Civil Defense Warning Systems

Qualification

Hospital switchboard experienceTyping skillsComputer skillsCommunication skillsPleasant speaking voice

Required

High School diploma or equivalent is required
Pleasant speaking voice and courteous manner
Excellent communication skills
Typing and computer skills required
Must be able to work first and second shift and be willing to cover 3rd shift
Weekends will be part of the schedule

Preferred

A minimum of 1 year hospital switchboard experience is preferred
