Responsibilities
Drive customer facing consulting/advisory services related to the adoption of practical, scalable AI agent solutions
Educate and coach customers and SI partners in the configuration and end-to-end implementation of deployable AI agent templates within Fusion Cloud Application
Document AI Agent best practices, curate successes and lessons learned, and deliver education sessions
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience
Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English
Demonstrated experience engaging with customers in productive dialogue to define business requirements, use cases, and desired outcomes
Ability to translate functional/business requirements into practical, viable, hands-on technical solutions
Experience implementing and sustaining enterprise applications supporting HCM, SCM, CX, and/or ERP such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or similar systems and their AI capabilities
Familiarity with the Fusion Application APIs for one or more product domains
Strong background in computer science, technical solution engineering, or advanced analytics
Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and experience in designing and building AI multi-agent solutions for business environments
Proven ability to build and deploy enterprise applications
Experience in solution engineering, building functional and/or technical demonstrations, consulting, or software development
Experience working directly with customers, SI partners, and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them
Strong ability to create and deliver technical documentation, best practices, and training materials
Comfort leading workshops, presentations, and solutioning discussions
Preferred
Experience implementing, testing, and monitoring AI technologies, conversational agents, or automation platforms
Hands-on experience implementing scalable AI systems
