MARC Community Resources, LTD. is currently seeking a dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) for their Day Services Program. The DSP will promote social and emotional growth in individuals with special needs, facilitating training and community-based activities to foster independence and inclusion.

Qualification

Developmental disabilitiesCPR CertificationFirst Aid CertificationPMT CertificationMed CertificationJudgmentCompassionHigh school diplomaInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

Must have a valid CT Driver's License and reliable vehicle with current CT registration and insurance
PSL endorsement (or ability to obtain one)
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR, First Aid, PMT and Med Certification

Preferred

5 years' experience with adults with developmental disabilities
