Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle cybersecurity assessment engagements: planning, execution, reporting, remediation guidance, and certification recommendations
Serve as primary contact for clients and senior stakeholders
Mentor and guide assessors, auditors, and consultants to ensure high-quality, consistent deliverables
Develop and maintain assessment tools, playbooks, and frameworks
Identify control gaps and risks, collaborating with clients on POA&Ms and remediation tracking
Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience performing assessments under NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, FedRAMP, or CMMC
Tier 3 DoD background determination (required)
A CMMC CCP or CCA certification
Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, assessment methodology, and audit criteria
Experience leading client engagements and delivering results working to deadlines
Strong communication skills and experience working in 3-5 person project teams
