They are expanding their Customer Support & Inside Sales team and are seeking a detail-driven Quotations Specialist who will prepare accurate quotations, support customers, and ensure project requirements are met.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely quotations, including pricing, configurations, options, and lead times

Work closely with the customer support team, engineering, and operations to ensure all quotes are complete and technically correct

Support customers and sales agents via phone and email with friendly, solution-oriented service

Review drawings, schedules, and project documents to ensure quotes align with project requirements

Enter and organize information in Salesforce, ensuring clean and up-to-date data for the entire team

Assist with follow-ups, order coordination, and related sales support tasks

Help improve workflows, templates, and quoting tools as Xico continues to grow

Pitch in to help teammates across customer support and sales when needed
