Responsibilities
Assist in gathering requirements for new features and website improvements
Help prepare product documentation, including feature specs, user stories, and QA checklists
Support product managers in coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, customer support)
Conduct basic market research and competitor comparisons
Assist in collecting and synthesizing customer feedback across channels
Help compile insights on user behavior and trends to support product decisions
Learn how to analyze key product metrics (traffic, conversion rates, funnel performance)
Support data extraction and reporting using analytics tools (training provided)
Assist in tracking the performance of new features and A/B tests
Help prepare project timelines, meeting notes, and follow-up action items
Participate in sprint planning, stand ups, and product reviews to observe the product development lifecycle
Assist in testing new features and updates before launch
Help identify bugs, inconsistencies, or UX issues and document them clearly for engineering
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Design, or a related field
Strong interest in e-commerce, product management, UX, or digital consumer experiences
Basic understanding of data analysis or willingness to learn tools like GA4
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Mandarin is required
Preferred
Passion for fashion, weddings, or customer experience is a plus
