Responsibilities
Platform Administration
Install, configure, and maintain Adobe Campaign environments (Classic/Standard)
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings
Monitor system health, performance, and troubleshoot technical issues
Campaign Support
Assist marketing teams in setting up workflows, deliveries, and targeting logic
Ensure proper integration with CRM, data sources, and APIs
Data Management
Oversee data imports/exports, schema updates, and audience segmentation
Maintain data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Technical Maintenance
Apply patches, upgrades, and ensure version compatibility
Monitor logs and resolve errors related to workflows and deliveries
Reporting & Optimization
Generate performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvements
Collaborate with analytics teams for tracking and attribution
Documentation & Training
Create SOPs for platform usage and train internal teams
Document system configurations and changes
Qualification
Required
Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) Development – Deep expertise in schema design, technical workflows, and advanced campaign orchestration
Scripting & Automation – Proficiency in JavaScript, and SOAP/REST APIs for workflow automation and data integrations
Instance Configuration & Performance Tuning – Ability to optimize Adobe Campaign instances, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement best practices
Deep expertise in delivery templates, typologies, and campaign execution logic
Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with CRM platforms like Salesforce
Strong knowledge of campaign automation, email marketing, and customer segmentation
Hands-on experience/knowledge with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization
Troubleshoot campaign execution issues, deliverability problems, and workflow errors
Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign
Work with data teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Database & SQL knowledge – for query optimization and data management
8+ years of hands-on development experience in ACC
