USA Territory Sales Manager – North Texas
Farmina is a company focused on providing personalized nutritional decisions for pets. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for North Texas who will lead a team, engage with local retailers, and drive sales initiatives within the pet community.

Responsibilities
Travel 2 weeks out of the month to visit team members within the various locations
Help in the recruitment of new team members by reviewing resumes, hosting interviews
On-boarding new team members by supporting them virtually as well as in person within their given territory
Guiding sales on making schedules for PHC team members in a timely manner
Progressing each team member in achieving goals set out by the company
Drive the initiatives of the PHC job duties: ISP (in store promotion) at our independent retailers, creating B2B opportunities, dog park visits and local events
Hosting quarterly/yearly reviews for PHC team members
Qualification
Required
Must live in the Dallas, TX area!
50% Travel (within team territory)
