Perform data entry and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and project management tracking

Conduct ad hoc research and prepare reports on market data and property performance

Provide administrative support for Property Management, Operations, and Financials

Shadow property staff to understand diverse roles within operations

Assist with correspondence and calendar management

Current Enrollment: Must be a junior or senior student pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field

Professionalism: Strong analytical and communication skills. Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
