Responsibilities
Manage all online inquiries via email, chat, text, and phone with speed and professionalism; drive appointments and conversions
Build, coach, and manage a high-performing internet sales team with a focus on accountability and growth
Close deals over the phone. Submit complete deal jackets to the finance office using internal systems
Set and monitor individual and team goals. Track KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure monthly and yearly targets are met or exceeded
Utilize and maintain the CRM; ensure accurate data, effective follow-up workflows, and continuous pipeline activity
Support customers throughout the digital buying journey—from vehicle selection to purchase. Ensure satisfaction and clarity every step of the way
Maintain accurate and visually compelling vehicle listings with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions
Qualification
Required
2 to 5+ years of experience in automotive internet sales or business development
Strong knowledge of CRM/DMS platforms (Automotive Mastermind and CDK preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to close deals and exceed online sales goals
Understanding of digital retailing and automotive marketing platforms
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
