Responsibilities
You'll work in an agile environment to contribute hands-on coding expertise, influence technical decisions, mentor engineers, and drive improvements in our engineering processes
You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and deploy scalable, efficient, and reliable models that drive business value, while leading initiatives to improves reference data management across EHR
Qualification
Required
BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
6+ years in software development, with 1+ years in machine learning engineering
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Experience with product lifecycle and delivering products from scratch
Experience analyzing data, generating insights, and telling stories with data
Systematic problem-solving, strong communication, ownership, and drive
Preferred
Hands-on experience with cloud services on Oracle Cloud/AWS/GCP/Azure

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
