Development platforms that enable application engineers to efficiently deliver tech solutions for business problems

Well designed systems that can scale and adapt to fill new requirements

Achieving operational excellence in your team's development lifecycle

Integration and unit test coverage that gives you complete confidence to ship changes

Automation and documentation to empower developers instead of dependency on devops

Qualification

Required

Bachelors degree(or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or related software engineering roles

Proficiency in at-least one modern programming language

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working with public cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, GCP

Developing in, and building and deploying containers to production

A modern orchestration and scheduling system such as Kubernetes

Proficiency in relational and document databases. We are using MySQL, Postgres, Cosmos DB and MongoDB

Building software in at least one programming language

Designing and implementing tools to automate customer needs like CI/CD or deploying a new application

Collaborating with Software Engineers to both improve engineering quality and accelerate development
