Principal Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
Lead strategic programs and initiatives to support the scale-up of GPU-based infrastructure and Gen AI solutions across infrastructure, planning and supply chain
Collaborate with execution teams to align roadmaps, define program requirements, and ensure timely delivery of cross-functional projects
Manage dependencies across engineering, supply chain, cloud infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and product readiness
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, and present progress and outcomes to senior leadership
Anticipate risks and issues across multiple projects, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and communicate plans effectively to stakeholders
Facilitate regular program reviews, status updates, and post-mortems to promote transparency, learning, and continuous improvement
Champion a culture of execution excellence, customer focus, and innovation across all involved teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields
6+ years of experience in program management, planning, product management, or engineering leadership roles in the tech industry
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
Demonstrated success in driving end-to-end program execution, from planning and requirements through delivery and iteration
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business leaders across levels
Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working in high-growth or ambiguous environments, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and meet deadlines with a strong desire to execute tasks with quality and a sense of urgency

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
