Responsibilities

Supporting store operations by maintaining inventory accuracy

Receiving and organizing merchandise

Picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage

Delivering orders curbside to customers

Monitoring alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders

Greeting shoppers warmly and resolving issues

Keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently

Recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and restocking merchandise

Sharing Loyalty program benefits and ensuring customers have everything they need

Required

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
