VP, Strategic Growth Sales

XR Extreme Reach is on a mission to transform how the world creates, connects, and experiences advertising. The VP, Strategic Growth Sales serves as the senior commercial lead for a defined portfolio of high-value accounts, responsible for account strategy, revenue retention, and growth.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of 5–15 strategic accounts, each with significant expansion opportunity
Lead customer strategy, including annual and quarterly account planning, expansion roadmaps, and QBRs
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across client stakeholders (e.g., CMO, Marketing Ops, CFO, Head of Media, Procurement)
Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Operations to drive coordinated account execution
Execute solution-based, consultative sales motions aligned with client goals and whitespace opportunities
Maintain strong pipeline and forecasting discipline; consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets
Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing insights that inform product roadmap and go-to-market execution

Required

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in technology or advertising
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts
Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and solution-based selling
Exceptional relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
Experience in developing and executing account strategies and expansion plans
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with a focus on pipeline management and forecasting
Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets

Preferred

Experience in the marketing or entertainment industries
Familiarity with creative operations and advertising technologies
Previous experience in a remote work environment
