OAL Enterprise Solution Architect
Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, and they are seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect within Oracle Applications Labs. This role involves defining enterprise architecture across mission-critical applications to support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's expansion and working with senior executives to shape solutions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end architecture for a portfolio of high-priority applications initiatives
Leverage deep expertise in business processes, Fusion applications, AI and cloud infrastructure to define scalable solution architectures, determine scope and effort, and guide successful delivery
Shape the architecture underpinning Oracle’s next phase of growth
Define how technology investments support company-wide priorities and directly enable the rapid expansion of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Own the architecture for enterprise-critical initiatives
Drive measurable business outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new opportunities to apply AI and machine learning
Present solution roadmaps, architectural recommendations, and delivery frameworks to senior leaders, influencing direction at the highest levels
Work with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable, AI-enabled technical solutions built on OCI native services
Collaborate with highly skilled architects, mentor peers, refine best practices, and expand influence across a global organization
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in total across solution architecture, solution scoping and design, applications project implementation and cloud infrastructure
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Business Applications (ERP, CRM, Data and analytics, AI), ideally with Oracle Fusion
Experience in leading systems architecture engagement with senior business and engineering stakeholders to define roadmaps, ratify solution design and validate delivery plans
Natural bias towards practical hands-on solutioning and problem solving, with a drive for results while maintaining attention to detail
A positive and innovative attitude around design and delivery of solutions to customers coupled with the ability to articulate a solution strategy to internal customer and executives
Practical experience in leveraging standard architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and underlying architecture tooling
Ability to break down complex problems/issues to determine the appropriate assessments and recommendations to fix the issues
Able to develop strong internal relationships. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others
Undergraduate or higher-level degree(s) holder or have equivalent work experience
Background in the high tech, software sectors
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
