Oversee product installations and train production staff
Provide direct support to manufacturing and fabrication teams
Troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and performance
Approve technical drawings and specifications
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in equipment design
Expert-level SolidWorks skills — this is a core requirement
Proven experience with hydraulic systems; familiarity with pneumatic and electrical controls
Experience with components such as engines, pumps, motors, and valves
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with control systems like Parker IQan, Hydac, or Danfoss Plus One is a plus
Preferred
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
