Responsibilities
Design end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 applications (CRM, ERP, Power Platform) ensuring integration with enterprise systems
Lead development teams, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural standards
Implement customizations, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements
Develop integration patterns with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure data pipelines, Fabric, Azure, SharePoint, third-party APIs)
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability
Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure solutions comply with Vanguard’s security policies and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
8+ years in enterprise application architecture and development
Proven track record in leading Dynamics 365 implementations for large organizations
Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services
Strong knowledge of solution architecture, data modeling, and integration frameworks
Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for Dynamics customizations
Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud deployments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in emerging technologies like GenAi and Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot
