Responsibilities

Own the international expansion product roadmap, from opportunity evaluation through to launch and scale
Define localized product requirements across checkout, payments, tax, and compliance to ensure market readiness
Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to design regulatory pathways, licensing frameworks, and operational processes
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to deliver new market launches end-to-end
Build scalable frameworks and playbooks for repeatable market entry, launch readiness, and operational execution
Develop post-launch metrics and iterate on localization strategies to drive performance

Qualification

Required

7–10 years' experience in product management, payments, or fintech expansion
Proven success launching regulated or payments products across multiple geographies
Deep understanding of the global payments ecosystem and regulatory considerations

Structured, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution
