Responsibilities
Apply extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications
Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture
Provide tooling that allows customers to design, build, scale, and operate OCI networks
Help Oracle build the best-in-class Network Control Plane to meet customer needs
Qualification
Required
Extensive knowledge of software architecture
Experience managing software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications
Ability to build enhancements within an existing software architecture
Experience envisioning future improvements to the architecture
Experience leading a high-caliber team
Ability to ensure the achievement of key objectives through exemplary leadership, talent development, and resource optimization
Experience in overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects
Ability to align team objectives with broader organizational goals
Experience in performance management and establishing clear, measurable goals
Results-oriented approach focusing on delivering tangible outcomes
Ability to mentor and develop team members
