Lead & Develop: Architect and build integrations with other CRM on their own
Architecture Ownership: Design and evolve system architecture
GenAI Integration: Apply practical GenAI to enable agentic AI, including RAG over vector/hybrid search and tool orchestration
Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor developers and collaborate with product and other teams
Optimization: Continuously improve latency, reliability, and cost efficiency across services
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Expert in Designing, developing, and customizing CRM applications
Work independently and guide the team members
Experience in programming languages like C#/.Net
Create workflows/plugins and integrate with other CRM applications
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Provide Technical Support and troubleshooting
