They are seeking an Automation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design and define platform strategy and automation governance framework while collaborating with stakeholders to gather automation requirements and ensure best practices in automation development.

Responsibilities

Design and define platform strategy and automation governance framework

Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for automation development and deployment

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements

Finalize automation platform/ strategy for the requirement and produce high level Design

Maintain and optimize existing automation bots

Ensure adherence to security policies and best practice compliance in automation development

Qualification

UiPathPower AutomateREST/JSON APIsSQLMicrosoft 365Problem-solvingCommunicationCollaboration

Required

Hands-on experience with multiple Automation technologies especially UiPath and Power Automate

Architecture experience for the solutions

Familiarity with REST/JSON APIs, SQL, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Experience with bot deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Preferred

Experience working with 3rd party vendors and OEMs

Understanding of contracts and SLAs

Willingness to stretch and train based on customer needs
