Sr. Financial Business Analyst

The Sr. Financial Business Analyst will play a vital role in driving growth through data, turning complex data into actionable insights to support commercial and sales leaders in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities
Deliver analytical insights to measure and optimize commercial strategies across the Americas region
Extract, process, and analyze data from multiple sources, including sales, contracts, distributor POS data, CRM, and pricing systems (e.g., Oracle)
Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies to translate data into actionable business intelligence
Correlate sales and order data across systems to uncover demand patterns and growth opportunities
Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations to support commercial and cross-functional teams
Automate data processes to ensure efficient, accurate reporting and visualization
Present key insights and recommendations to commercial, regional, and executive leadership teams
Lead and support ad-hoc analytical projects as assigned
Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Logistics, Pricing, Customer Service, and Global Business Units
Work closely with the Sales Planning team to enhance sales force targeting, call planning, and resource optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Sales preferred
5–6 years of progressive experience in commercial analytics (marketing or sales) utilizing programming and business intelligence tools
Proven financial acumen with a track record of generating insights that drive strategic business decisions
Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to data quality
Strong structured thinking, data management, and analytical problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI
Proven ability to identify patterns, extract insights, and design data-driven solutions
Practical experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure and Databricks
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership
Highly organized, with strong documentation and process management capabilities
Preferred
Experience with medical GPOs preferred
