Responsibilities

Financial planning, forecasting and analysis, modeling and budgeting
Preparations of monthly financials and reporting
Involved in building Company’s strategic business plan
Assist management with efforts to track and manage operational performance exposure
Working with various departments performing detailed analysis including estimating market share
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor degree Finance, Business, Engineering, or Accounting preferred
2-5 years' experience (preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and desire to advance within the company
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced and high volume environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of urgency, detail oriented and ability to drive results
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
Capable to work extended hours as needed
Capable of working in an open concept office environment
Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors

Preferred

Business analytics preferred but not required
Power BI or Tableau skills preferred
Basic Accounting knowledge is a plus
