Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions specifically within the ServiceNow Privacy Management module to manage Data Subject Requests (DSR/DSAR), privacy impact assessments (PIAs), and data mapping
In-depth knowledge of global data protection laws like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and others relevant to the organization
Understanding of concepts like Privacy by Design, Data Processing Activities (DPA), Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)
Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience Principles, frameworks (e.g. NIST), and regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, FCA/PRA for financial services)
Familiarity with related risk management concepts such as Risk Assessment, Controls, Policies, and Audit Management

ServiceNow Modules Operational Resilience Management, Privacy Management, Policy, Risk and Compliance Management, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / GRC suite, Business Continuity Management (BCM), CMDB/CSDM
Development JavaScript, Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem), HTML, CSS
Configuration Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs
Automation Flow Designer, Workflow Editor
Integration REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, MID Server
Working experience in ServiceNow Privacy Management module is must
