Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the SharePoint environment, including site collections, permissions, and user access
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, providing timely support to users
Develop and implement SharePoint governance policies and best practices to ensure data integrity and security
Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint processes, user guides, and training materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that enhance SharePoint functionality
Qualification
Required
Clearance: Public Trust/Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) or eligible to obtain an MBI
Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integration
Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience in user training and support for SharePoint users
Knowledge of project management methodologies
