Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior CC&B Analyst to ensure the accuracy and performance of Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems. The ideal candidate will analyze CC&B processes, perform testing, and collaborate with teams to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

Analyze and validate CC&B and interfacing systems including CFS and IVR, configurations, and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Perform functional and performance testing of CC&B and CFS/IVR applications and system integrations

Develop, execute, and document test cases for CC&B, ,CFS/IVR modules, ensuring thorough validation and defect tracking

Identify and document system defects using tools like Jira and work closely with development teams to resolve issues

Automate validation and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts

Maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolution

Collaborate with stakeholders to align CC&B solutions with business requirements and objectives

Provide recommendations to improve CC&B workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards

8+ years of experience to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and performance of Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems

Experience collaborating with teams to optimize workflows and system performance

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
