Responsibilities

Lead management of Electrical Engineering Labs and Test Engineering’s support of production programs

Work with the department manager to help staff multiple programs, control overhead costs, develop and deliver employee performance reviews, and lead audit participation

Provide support to management at the HW leadership level and the engineering level

Lead a sphere of up to 20 employees who will depend on the leader’s leadership to guide their careers and to maximize their potential and effectiveness

Required

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience to include any combination of the following: Experience in managing engineering labs to include day-to-day tasking, safety/quality audits, and safety/quality compliance

Experience onboarding and offboarding new employees

Experience with Undersea and/or Radar production programs

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
