Interact with ease and confidence
Develop quality services for program participants
Qualification
Required
DT Instructors (DTIs) and DT Trainers (DTTs) must have a minimum of one year experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities
DTIs and DTTs must be able to complete 4 weeks of training upon hire
Bachelor's degree required for DTI position
High school diploma required for DTT position
Must have the ability to develop quality services for programs participants
Ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, adaptability, professionalism and work independently/without supervision
