Responsibilities

Create and manage business solutions using Oracle technology

Set overall technology direction for key areas to invest resources in

Build internal expertise and leverage knowledge within the Customer Success Services organization

Resolve and help guide resolution of multiple highly difficult and complex problems and escalations

Provide consultation to senior technical advisors on projects

Required

12+ years of demonstrated ability with SCM solutions and 3+ years with Oracle Cloud SCM implementations/support

Hands on experience with Cloud SCM modules including 2 or more of the following: Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management, Procurement and/or SCM Analytics

Proven professional/technical experience with an understanding of Oracle SaaS Applications at a functional and technical level and hands on experience with configurations

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
