Responsibilities

Review and understand architectural design drawings to provide appropriate technical solutions for project specific requirements

Provide timely response to architects, designers and specifies as follow up to direct e-mail, phone and web inquiries

Provide standard, modified and custom detail information to design professionals for project specific requirements

Utilize the company website to assist design professionals

Work closely with the commercial sales organization to maximize promotional opportunities to close bid projects

Identify and communicate emerging market and/or product needs to the product management group

Promote new products whenever possible

Counsel customers on matters of product selection, product application and installation processes

Required

Associates degree in an architectural or engineering discipline

At least one (1) year of experience in architecture, application engineering, product engineering, product development, technical sales or construction engineering

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management

At least two (2) years of experience in architecture, application engineering, product engineering, product development, technical sales or construction engineering

Previous experience working with Curtain Wall, Window Wall and/or SEF systems
