Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API)
Implement and manage RESTful APIs, enabling seamless data interaction between front-end and back-end systems
Develop, optimize, and maintain MongoDB databases, including data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning
Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code by following best practices and coding standards
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions proactively
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer
3+ years of experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Understanding of microservices architecture and application design patterns
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field
Highly proactive and willing to take initiative without waiting for direction
