Review variances daily using MS Excel, external inventory data and closing reports

Daily matching of invoices and BOL’s. Data entry related to delivered suppliers. Perform and review month end close process

This position requires the ability to identify research and resolve variances

Develop an in depth understanding of various complex business transactions and the corresponding accounting implications by partnering with internal and external stakeholders

Communicating with internal and external stakeholders via email, BMC Remedy and MS SharePoint
