Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures
Lead site emergency response efforts and training
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Coordinate contractor safety programs and orientations
Promote a safety-first culture through training and engagement
Maintain OSHA logs, documentation, and regulatory compliance
Act as Incident Commander during emergency events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
Minimum 10 years of safety experience in a manufacturing or petrochemical environment
Strong knowledge of OSHA and HSE regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
Preferred
Professional safety certification (e.g., CSP, CHST)
