Responsibilities

Prepare workpapers for federal and state business income tax filings, including apportionment and tax models
Maintain detailed documentation for IRS Form 990T, 1120 filings, and overhead allocation schedules
Collect and compile K-1 investment data and coordinate with external tax advisors
Generate financial reports and saved searches using NetSuite
Independently research complex tax positions and recommend best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather internal data and improve tax processes
Forecast and manage estimated tax payments; administer online tax accounts
Prepare tax-related General Ledger journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Assist in deferred tax asset accounting and policy development
Stay up to date on changes in tax laws, forms, and accounting standards

Required

5+ years in Finance/Accounting or business modeling roles
Experience preparing/supporting business tax filings (1120, 990T)

Bachelors in Finance/Accounting or Business Administrative field
