Responsibilities
Administer and monitor user access across enterprise applications and systems
Lead and manage the implementation of identity and access management tools
Support ongoing administration of MFA, SSO, EDR, XDR, WAF, and other cybersecurity solutions
Ensure compliance with SOX requirements related to application security and access controls
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support testing, reporting, and remediation efforts
Monitor application security logs for unusual activity or policy violations
Conduct periodic risk assessments of applications and systems
Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to address vulnerabilities and apply best practices
Create and maintain application security policies, procedures, and standards
Ensure alignment with corporate IT governance and compliance frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field—or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in application security, cybersecurity, IAM, and/or network security
Hands-on experience with identity/access management tools
Strong understanding of SOX compliance and segregation of duties
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred
CISSP
CCNP
CRISC
Or other relevant cybersecurity certifications
