Wightman is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Energy related projects. This role involves providing senior level project management support, including developing proposals, managing project teams, and overseeing budgets and schedules.

Professional review of drawings, maps, reports and legal descriptions of surveys

Professional review of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites

Provide direction and support for field staff in conducting surveys

Oversee staff responsible for converting field survey data into CAD drawings

Perform and/or provide professional oversight for survey calculations for property boundaries, easements, deeds, etc

Provide professional oversight for all aspects of field survey operations if needed

Provide professional oversight and/or review for all aspects of preparation of drawings, plots, maps, easements, records and documents related to surveys for the Energy team

Prepare and/or oversee written legal descriptions of property boundaries for use in deeds, easements or other legal documents

Search or provide oversight of researching legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed

Support and mentor survey staff
