Responsibilities

Process customer prototype’s sales orders

Process supplier PO for prototype parts, experimental material and related outside services

Management of prototype parts and components’ inventory management aligned with PM’s and Engineering

Create FedEx, DHL, and Cargobase shipping documents & packages for outgoing shipments and handle mail deliveries

Track domestic and international shipments and resolve transportation issues

Coordinate collection of drawings, send out for RFQ to prototype component suppliers, coordinate POs with vendors on timelines for specifications, and quality control documents of the supplied prototype parts

Administrator of customer sales orders; receive and process customer orders, advise on inventory needed to fulfil orders including sourcing, prepare necessary documentation to ensure timely delivery and customer invoices using SAP

IT main contact for the site; including handling copier (on-site repairs)

NPM purchasing main contact for the site

Key contact for all external MAHLE and Customer events on site
